Angular Contact Ball Bearings
Rolling Bearings
Single-row angular contact ball bearings are designed for simultaneous radial and axial loads and transfer them from one ring to another at a certain angle to the radial plane. They are always to be set against each other with another bearing of the same type as a balancing force. Accordingly, angular contact ball bearings are optionally installed as a unit in X, O or tandem arrangement.
Angular contact ball bearings are equipped with cages made of sheet steel, plastic and, for larger dimensions, with solid brass cages. They are suitable for relatively high speeds.
Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings
Double-row angular contact ball bearings represent a rigid unit that resembles two single-row angular contact ball bearings in an O combination, but are of narrower construction. They absorb higher radial loads than single-row angular contact ball bearings, axial loads in both directions and tilting moments.
Versions with a split inner ring, with cover disks or seals and with a circlip placed on the outer ring are also available.
