Splined shaft guides are non-rotating shaft guides. Ball-bearing nuts that run in the precisely ground raceways can transmit both rotary and linear movements. They are suitable for high speeds.
The contact area is significantly increased by a defined ratio of the raceway radius and ball diameter, which enables high load ratings with minimal dimensions and a long service life in comparison to conventional sliding guides.
Different nut shapes result in numerous application options, in which they ensure the absorption of forces, tilting and torque.
Rotary grooved shaft guides enable both longitudinal and rotational movements.
