Sheet steel housings are two parts units, pressed from cold-rolled sheet steel and galvanized. Rustproof designs are made of stainless steel or have a protective coating.
These housings are suitable for medium loads and weight-reduced constructions.
Radial insert ball bearings can be used normally or with a rubber insulating ring on the outer ring, so that shocks and vibrations are absorbed and running noise is reduced.
