Insert Bearings
Bearing Units
Radial insert ball bearings are robust, ready-to-install ball bearings that consist of a solid spherical or cylindrical outer ring, inner ring that is widespread on one or both sides, plastic or sheet steel cage, and covers on the two sides of different variants.
Spherical version, built into housings with a hollow bore, compensates for misalignment of the shafts.
Radial insert ball bearings are fastened with socket set screws in the inner ring, eccentric locking collar, adapter sleeve or drive slot.
Variants made of stainless steel or with surface treatment guarantee protection against corrosion.
Corresponding rubber insulation rings with a spherical or cylindrical surface can absorb shocks and vibrations and thus dampen running noises.
All radial insert ball bearings can be supplied with the most common inch bores.
