Track Rollers, Cam Rollers, Support Rollers
Rolling Bearings
Track rollers, cam rollers, support rollers have thick-walled convex or cylindrical outer rings and can run directly on different tracks such as curves, slopes and flat rails. The rollers are available in narrow, normal or wide versions, with balls, needles or cylindrical rollers as rolling elements. In addition to open rollers, versions with plastic or metal seals are available. They can be equipped with pins and eccentric bushings. Rust-proof versions are also available.
The structure of the rollers is similar to that of grooved or angular contact ball bearings, they are single or double row and absorb high radial loads as well as axial forces from both directions. Rollers with a plastic ring are used for particularly quiet run.
Support rollers are similar in structure to needle and cylindrical roller bearings, have one or two rows and take up axial loads in addition to high radial loads. Depending on the type these have a cage, are full needle complement or full roller complement. They can be supplied with or without an inner ring.
Cam rollers correspond to support rollers, but instead of the inner ring they have a solid roller pin with a fastening thread.
