Radial cylindrical roller bearings are suitable for absorbing high radial loads, even at high speeds, and have an excellent absorption capacity for short-term overloads and shocks. Easy installation is made possible by rings that can be installed separately. Specific designs allow axial displacements or low axial loads.
Depending on the storage type and size, cages are made of polyamide, sheet steel or solid brass.
These roller bearings are also available with a groove on the outer ring, circlip or with a tapered bore.
The variant with very high load capacity has a full complement design, which has the largest possible number of rollers, but the speeds cannot be achieved compared to cylindrical roller bearings with a cage.
In addition to single-row cylindrical roller bearings, multi-row cylindrical and conical bearing types are supplied with a cage or full complement.
Axial Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Axial cylindrical roller bearings allow axially highly resilient, stiff, shock-resistant and space-saving bearing points. They consist of an axial roller and cage assembly, shaft washer and housing washer, which are also available separately. Cage material is polyamide or brass.
Two directions axial cylindrical roller bearings are combined with the help of roller and cage assemblies, shaft washers and intermediate washers with inner or outer centering.
