Track Roller Guidance Systems
Linear Rolling Guidance Systems
Track roller guidance systems consist of guide rails, guide rollers, mounted in a steel or aluminum base, and optional wipers, lubrication devices or adjusting plates.
They are used in harsh, dirty environmental conditions, where precision plays a subordinate role and have quiet running behavior with minimal rolling friction.
Ball bearing rollers are used for lighter loads. Rollers with a round profile move on aluminum rails in which steel shafts are installed as guide elements. The carriages are available in open or closed versions. V-profile rollers run on suitable flat rails.
For medium and high loads, more stable steel carriages with correspondingly robust needle or roller bearing guide rollers are suitable. These run on ground flat raceways.
Rust-proof versions are also available.
